I am back in the U.S. and watching lesbians play street basketball. They are wearing red bandanas and are quite tough. They are good ballers, but not professional level. There is a dreamy haze of pollution surrounding them.

The girls and scene reminded me of my work and travels in the U.S. in my early 20s at all girl summer camps and a LGQBT camp. Also my fascination with street culture and the dreamy Los Angeles atmosphere. I used to play basketball in highschool and miss it!

I have always found street culture fascinating and inspiring. The dream also inspires me to reconnect to my youthful interests and travel back to the U.S. – although it’s probably not the best era to do so!
