I am driving a bus. I only have one passenger, Mrs Bracey. She tells me where she wants to go and I tell her that I do not know this run and I am not sure where to go. She bursts into tears. I tell her that it will be okay If am sure I will find the way.
Dream notes and associations
Mrs Bracey was a friend of my parents from All Saints Church. She was a very forthright, down to earth, what you see is what you get, call a spade a spade, Yorkshire woman. She is not one to burst into tears when I told her I didn't know the way. She would, more than likely, give me the directions I needed. I can remember one conversation I had with her, when I was a teenager, she told me not to take any notice of adults complaining about the sexual morality of todays teenager. She said teenagers were no different today to when she was a teenager. The only difference was that today they are more open about it and she thought that openness was much better than the secrecy when she was a teenager. A reference, perhaps, to the secrets in some of my recent dreams.
