An aircraft carrier is sailing on rough seas and aircraft are trying to land on it. It is very dangerous. I am witnessing this from behind and slightly above the aircraft trying to land on it.

The aircraft carrier is an ultra-modern vessel. It also had another flight deck below the main flight deck. This deck was completely enclosed, except for an opening where the aircraft exited from. It also had a device, like a crane that suspended the aircraft in the air while it built up power. Then it would release the plane and it would fly off.
